This single origin heirloom variety was grown at 1,900–2,200 meters and processed naturally. A light to medium roast preserves its zippy brightness and delicate floral aroma, with a sweet finish reminiscent of honey and sun-ripened strawberries. The high elevation contributes to its complex acidity and clean profile, while the roast level maintains a naturally high caffeine content. It’s a lively, refreshing cup with a soft, fragrant edge.
